Comeback
"I worked at Philips for almost 13 years, but due to an accident I had to stay home sick for a long time. I was approached by a secondment company and offered a job at Morssinkhof Plastics, initially as a mechanic, in which I had to brush up my electrical skills to become an all-rounder, but then a position became available as a shift manager and given my work experience and good CV, Morssinkhof found me suitable for this position. This made me very enthusiastic and I took it. As you can see, one door closes and several open."
Passion
"I enjoy doing odd jobs, repairing equipment, walking in the woods or on the beach, going out on terraces, watching movies and series, gaming and helping older people with groceries and chores."
Company culture
“I lead a great team of about 15 people. I make sure that our team works safely every day, the factory is tidy, the policies are followed and that the employees are working in the right place so that all machines run optimally. In addition, there are also administrative tasks that are part of my job description.”
The future
"Currently still good in my role as team leader, but I never stop learning and am open to further development in the future at Morssinkhof."
