“Before I worked at Morssinkhof Plastics I was self-employed, I had my own all-round job company at the time. From 2014 I joined Morssinkhof Plastics; I started there as a production employee until 2018 and from then on I have been working as a logistics employee. The thing I like most about my job is the variety of work and people.”
Daily activities
“My daily tasks as a logistics employee are comprehensive, such as booking shipments, directing incoming and outgoing freight and checking production; does everything run smoothly, are the big bags sorted properly, etc. I see it as an advantage that I have worked in production, because of this I am familiar with all kinds of activities.”
Challenge
“I am most proud of my personal growth, I would like to grow in my position as well. For me it is a challenge to 'delegate' more, I tend to pick up all the occurring work myself, which I like to do, but shouldn't always.”

“Working at Morssinkhof Plastics is good. I have nice colleagues, the atmosphere is good, there are good conditions, in short a great employer. My commuting distance is only 25 km and I find that very pleasant, if possible I go by bike.”
The future
“Of course you never have a guarantee for the future, but if it is up to me I will still be working here in 5 or 10 years from now.”
