“From 2013 I am working at Morssinkhof Plastics, I started there as a logistics employee, since one year working as 'logistics and quality employee', I love the diversity”.
Work
“My daily work is comprehensive, a lot of fun! I perform quality tests on various plastic material streams, both incoming and outgoing. We mainly look at the properties of the material and any contamination present. An example is determining the Melt Flow Index, the moisture percentage or the purity of the material. I also check incoming goods for composition, for example, the ratio of PE to PP. Once the test results are known, they are stated on quality documents. Examples include a Certificate of Analysis or a heavy metal certificate. In recent years we have started to test more and more extensively in order to meet customer requirements as well as certain regulatory requirements.“
Proud of
“I am proud of the Achterhoek, especially of Groenlo, but I am most proud of cycling the Alpe d'HuZes.I did this together with a group of 18 people and we raised quite a lot of money at the time.I would also like to cycle the Pieterpad one more time”.

“Working at Morssinkhof Plastics is very nice. The atmosphere is good, I have nice colleagues and everyone is willing to help each other. There are good terms of employment and there is quite a lot of space and freedom as long as you do your work well and take responsibility in this. Last but not least, I always look forward to the Christmas parties, which are great fun.
Challenge
“It is a challenge to recognize the plastic flows well. I would like to develop myself even more in this and learn more. Over the past period we have all made great strides; we have created an even better work structure, we work with an optimized (freight) diary, so we have a great overview and everything is user-friendly. Very well organized and we are all proud of that”.
The future
“In 5 years time I will still be working here and if it is up to me until my retirement.I really enjoy my job and I can bike to work every day, which is great!
